On February 6, 2018, my husband and I visited Doovili Ella for the first time. At that time, we were not yet married—it was our very first day out together, making the trip even more special and unforgettable.

The journey to the waterfall itself was an adventure. The village of Thanjantenna is surrounded by lush greenery, tea plantations, and small streams, creating a picturesque and tranquil setting. The road leading to the waterfall is not overly crowded, allowing visitors to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of nature. As we approached the falls, the sound of rushing water grew louder, building excitement with every step.

Standing in front of Doovili Ella is an awe-inspiring experience. The sheer force of the water crashing down into the natural pool below creates a breathtaking scene.
